TERMS: A deposit of 50% (fifty percent) of the above fee is due at the time of reserving the Artist's time. The remaining balance is due and payable in full at time the portrait is approved and shipped. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on any account until fully paid beginning 30 days after invoice date. If the Artist does not complete the portrait(s), the full deposit will be returned to the Client. If the Client changes the idea of the portrait(s) in the process of working and the Artist can't change it unless start a new work, the deposit will be retained by the Artist and no additional payment is due from the Client unless new Agreement is signed for the new commission by the Artist and the Client. YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED

OTHER TERMS: The Client shall be responsible for payment of all costs of packing, shipping and insurance. For delivery within US, each package costs $55.00 which is added to your final payment.

DELIVERY: Approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of photograph(s). Call if you would like to arrange a special deliver day.

PHOTOGRAPH: Your photo(s) will be returned when the portrait is completed.

Permission is given to the Artist to use photograph(s) and image of portrait without subject's name for promotional purposes.
